The unit was fully remodeled in 2026 — new mini-split air conditioning, new beds and furniture, new lighting and artwork, new Roku TVs, and fresh paint throughout.
The full kitchen means you can stock up at nearby Foodland or the local ABC store and cook fresh island meals. The in-unit laundry means you can pack light. And with beach gear already here, you can walk to Kama'ole II in minutes — fully equipped.

The Space
Room by room
Master Suite
King bed with fresh new bedding and blackout blinds. The master bathroom, with walk-in shower, is just steps away. Direct access to the main lanai — wake up to the morning light, trade winds, and the sounds of Kihei waking up.
Guest Bedroom
Two full beds with access to the second lanai — which has its own ocean view, with Haleakalā and the West Maui Mountains in sight. The guest bathroom is en-suite. The room also includes its own kitchenette — ideal for families or a second couple who want their own space.
Kitchen & Living
A fully equipped kitchen means you're never forced to eat out. Cook up fresh fish from the Kihei market, or blend smoothies for a beach morning. The open living area flows directly to the main lanai — perfect for evening cocktails.
The Views

Being top-floor means no neighbors above and nothing between you and the sky. Catch Haleakalā dominating the horizon in one direction and the Pacific in the other. Watch for whales in winter. Enjoy trade wind evenings with a cold drink and the sounds of Kihei below.

Location
South Kihei —
the perfect Maui base
2575 South Kihei Road places you directly across from Kama'ole II — one of Maui's most beloved family beaches. Walk to the beach in minutes. Walk to nearby restaurants and shops — the Kihei Food Oasis food trucks at South Maui Gardens are a pleasant stroll for coffee, breakfast, or lunch, and Kihei Caffe (directly across from Kalama Park) is a local favorite for an early breakfast outside.
From here, every corner of Maui is reachable in a day trip: Haleakalā, Road to Hana, Lahaina, Wailea. South Kihei is genuinely central — not too far north, not too far south.
